M-I-Z- Z-O-U

This past weekend was Mizzou Homecoming! Laura, Natalie, and Ryan ( Natalie's boyfriend) came in town to spend the weekend with Steve and I. Laura and Natalie spent the night at my place and Ryan spent the night up at Steve's. We all had a good time! On Friday night we all went out to the Heidelberg, a well known restaurant in downtown Columbia. It was yummy! :) It was a really excellent weekend!

Last Thursday Margaret, Karlee, and I all went to see Steve in his play! He was so good in it! I was super proud of him! He did an AWESOME job!

This Tuesday Margaret, Karlee and I plan on carving our pumpkins! I am excited! We are going to make scary pumpkin faces and then bake some pumpkin seeds! We are also going to try and see "Where the Wild Things Are" It looks pretty good!

Well I hope everyone had a good weekend. Hopefully all this rain will stop for Halloween!

Excitement!

I went home this past weekend for my cousin Julie's wedding. It was nice to get to see my dad's side of the family! We hardly ever get to see them. The wedding was very beautiful and the reception was really fun. It was held at the Lemp Mansion Carriage House. I also got to see my little second cousins for the first time. They are so cute!

I am going to see Steve in his play on Thursday night with Karlee and Margaret! I am so excited to see him perform. He has the lead in both of the short plays!

Since I was home I also got the chance to see all of our Halloween decorations in our yard. I love Halloween it is so much fun! I also put a few more Halloween decorations up in my apartment that Laura and I made over the weekend! I hope everyone is having a great week!

Birds, birds, and more birds

So I bought a bird feeder a few weeks back! I hung it up hoping the birds would find it...well it has turned out to be quite a success! There are always so many birds surrounding it...I have to refill the feeder every two or three days! Right before I left to come home last Friday, I saw a big, fat squirrel underneath it eating all the seeds that the birds dropped! So cute! The majority of the birds at my feeder are sparrows, but today I saw two very small tufted titmice eating their share! :) I am so excited and happy to be helping out the birds! :)

Steve has the lead in both of the short plays! He will be performing them in a few weeks and I can't wait to see him in them! The poster came out the other day! It is awesome! :) Of course since he is the lead he is on the poster advertising for the play! :)

This week has been stressful. I have had a lot of stuff to get finished for classes! Tomorrow it is suppose to storm almost all day and on top of that there is a football game tomorrow so traffic is going to be terrible with the shuttles and everything! I just can't wait for tomorrow to be over so I can relax for a while.

I hope everyone is having a great week!
